I’ve said and done some things
That brought about pain

I’m human…we all make mistakes
But I always try to make women smile
I mean that smile that’s as genuine
As the innocence of a child
I know there are things in life
That may try to get you down
But don’t give in
You’re too beautiful to frown
Life does get hard
And may make you wanna cry
But God woke you up this morning
So you should smile because you’re alive
I know clichés get ignored
But honestly it’s true
When He woke you up this morning
God smiled down on you
I grew up very close to the women in my life
And it’s prepared me for how to be
Good to my girlfriend or wife
But more than that
My grandma took it to this extent
Make every woman in your life smile
Even your female friends
So if I compliment you
It’s not because I’m trying to bag
It’s just that I would rather see you smile
Than see you upset or sad
I would rather you be happy
So I’ll try to make you laugh
Because it’s no fun to see
A woman you know mad
So if ever you’re feeling down
Or having an bad day
Remember my words
And let them put a smile on your face
